The value of Email support
Email support is only valuable if you receive the information you require in a prompt and easy to follow fashion. For the past four years we have supported thousands of MoneyWorks customers via email. You can see examples of those email responses on the MoneyWorks Support blog here. In fact you might find many of the answers you are looking for on the free Support Blog, so do not hesitate to use the blog, as a resource or follow blog postings via Facebook or Twitter.
Our Support Options
When first using MoneyWorks, most of your questions will occur during the first few months so the Email Support Packages are set for One Month, Three Month or annual support contracts. Most customers would only require the one or three month package. By the fourth month you usually know what you are doing.
- The duration of the packages run by calendar date, meaning if you start on March 15th you are covered until April 15th etc.
- The packages are sold by company, so if you have multiple users within your organization, they are all covered within the package. You may be asked to supply email addresses of assigned users.
- The number of emails is unlimited for the paid period of the package. However if the quantity of emails is beyond fair practice, e.g. two or three emails a day, you will be asked to group your questions into one email at a more reasonable frequency.

How do I delete old backup files? When I click on the old files highlighting them as a first step in deleting them, all options under File or Edit – ie delete – turn to grey (unavailable) and I have hundreds of backups I would like to remove
